1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dj47 ("dj47", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the dj47 online gaming platform available at dj47.ws (the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all services offered through the Platform including but not limited to live casino games, sports betting, slot games, crash games, fishing games, account management, deposits, withdrawals, and promotional offers.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. dj47 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on the dj47 platform, you must at all times satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. dj47 may request documentary evidence to confirm your eligibility at any point during your account lifetime, including at the point of withdrawal.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Individuals under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing funds, or placing bets on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and organisations are not eligible to register player accounts on dj47.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or affiliate of dj47 or any of its subsidiary or associated companies, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any court order or regulatory directive that restricts or prohibits your participation in online gaming or gambling activities.

dj47 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to refuse registration, suspend an account, or close an account where dj47 has reasonable grounds to believe eligibility criteria are not met. Any funds held in an ineligible account at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with applicable procedures, which may include withholding of funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the dj47 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different mobile numbers, different names, or any other means — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When you register an account on dj47, you agree to the following obligations regarding your account credentials and security:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time verification codes associated with your account. You must not share these credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify dj47 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. dj47 will not be liable for losses incurred prior to receiving such notification.
• You must not use automated login tools, bots, or any software that automates interactions with the dj47 platform. Such use constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• dj47 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any time and particularly before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

dj47 operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, account balances, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion is applied within the platform. The following payment channels are supported for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. dj47 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment channels at any time, with reasonable notice to affected users where practicable.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made to a dj47 account:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by dj47, however individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits which are outside dj47's control.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument that is registered in your own name. dj47 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
• dj47 is not responsible for any delays in deposit processing caused by the payment provider. Deposits are credited to your account balance when confirmed by the payment network, which is typically within sixty seconds for bKash and Nagad transactions.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC) and must be processed to a payment account or instrument registered in the same name as the dj47 account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within five business hours for amounts up to ৳50,000. Larger amounts may require additional processing time.

dj47 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, account duplication, or other policy violations. In cases where fraudulent activity is confirmed, dj47 may cancel the withdrawal request, reverse any associated credits, and close the account in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

dj47 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotional campaigns tied to Bangladesh sporting and cultural events. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and to the specific terms published for each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence only in respect of that promotion.

The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers on dj47 unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and carry wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements applicable to specific promotions are published on the relevant promotion page.
• The welcome bonus is available once per verified account. Players who register multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times are in breach of these Terms and will have all associated accounts closed and all bonus-related winnings forfeited.
• Bonus funds may only be used to place bets on eligible games. dj47 reserves the right to exclude specific game categories or titles from bonus wagering contribution. The contribution rates for each game category towards meeting wagering requirements are published in the bonus terms for each promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash equivalent. Unused bonus funds that have not been activated through a qualifying deposit within 30 days of being credited will expire automatically without notice.
• dj47 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account and wagering has commenced, the terms applicable at the time of crediting will apply to that bonus.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games available on the dj47 platform use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer operations provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. dj47 does not control the outcome of any game and acts solely as a platform intermediary providing access to these games. Game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed on grounds of preference or expectation.

The following general gameplay rules apply across all games and betting markets on the dj47 platform:

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the platform are binding. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted. In sports betting, bets placed prior to a match being suspended, postponed, or cancelled will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or connectivity interruption that affects the outcome of a game or bet, dj47 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's balance. dj47 will not be liable for any claimed winnings that arise from a technical malfunction.
• Maximum win limits apply per game session and per day. The maximum single-session win that can be withdrawn is ৳500,000. Any winnings above this threshold will be reviewed prior to release and may be paid in instalments. dj47 reserves the right to apply win limits to specific game types or during specific promotional periods.
• Players must not use any form of artificial intelligence, predictive software, data-scraping tool, or automated decision-making system to gain an advantage over the platform or other players. Detection of such tools will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

7. Responsible Gaming

dj47 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. The following responsible gaming tools are available directly from the account dashboard to all registered dj47 players:

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.
• Session time limits: players may set a maximum session duration after which the Platform will automatically log the player out. Session limits help prevent extended unplanned gaming sessions.
• Cooling-off periods: players may take a temporary break from gaming of between 24 hours and 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the player cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. The cooling-off period cannot be shortened once activated.
• Self-exclusion: players may request permanent self-exclusion from the dj47 platform. A self-exclusion request is irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months and may be made permanent at the player's request. Permanently self-excluded players will not receive promotional communications from dj47.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

dj47 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, providing false registration information, depositing funds from third-party payment sources, or engaging in bonus abuse.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for any illegal purpose. dj47 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and may freeze account funds during any investigation period.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe after a withdrawal request is submitted or when dj47 requests verification for compliance purposes.
• A player's request to close their own account, including a self-exclusion request made under Section 7. Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting dj47 support.

Upon closure of an account for reasons attributable to player misconduct or breach of these Terms, dj47 reserves the right to retain any balance in the account, including real-money deposits, bonus funds, and pending winnings. Where an account is closed at the player's own voluntary request and no breach of Terms has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method after deducting any pending charges or adjustments.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the dj47 platform, including but not limited to the dj47 brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, game presentation layers, promotional materials, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of dj47 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No licence to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any dj47 intellectual property is granted by these Terms or by your use of the Platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence terminates automatically upon the closure of your dj47 account or upon any breach of these Terms by you.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dj47 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other financial or commercial loss, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if dj47 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

dj47's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your dj47 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

dj47 collects, stores, and processes personal data from registered users in connection with the provision of the Platform's services. This includes registration data, identity verification documents, transaction records, device and browser information, and gameplay data. All personal data is handled in accordance with dj47's Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and dj47 and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on dj47, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

dj47 implements SSL encryption across all Platform transactions and communications to protect your personal and financial data from unauthorised interception. dj47 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with third-party service providers engaged by dj47 to operate the Platform (such as payment processors and identity verification providers) and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

dj47 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, dj47 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered users by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the email address or mobile number registered to the account. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and dj47 arising from your use of the Platform, dj47 encourages you to contact the support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. dj47 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with the formal dispute resolution procedures published on the Platform, which provide for structured review of complaints by the dj47 compliance team. dj47 operates a safe and reliable platform and prioritises player satisfaction in all dispute outcomes.
